Two years after Carriers of Dust, Mirrorthrone returns with Gangrene and is more rabid and vindicative than ever. Carrying on with a more progressive evolution of the previous opus, Gangrene explores burdensome and baroque extreme Metal endlessly oscillating between two extremes: deadly heavy and envenomed, or blindingly radiant. Gangrene is composed of dense and evolving tracks switching between French and English, and benefits from an improved production.
