Since 1989, Germany's Desaster have been producing their unique blend of extreme metal. In 2025, they will release their latest album, Kill All Idols. "While Churches Without Saints was a fairly typical old-school black-death-thrash metal album, the new one is a bit more diverse," enthuses Infernal, the band's guitarist and founder member. "Of course, Kill All Idols embodies our classic black/thrash metal approach, and the epic parts that Desaster is well known for are there as well. But, on the other hand, there are parts of the album where our punk roots shine through more clearly than ever before."
