XIRONIX emerged in late 1984, finding their stride in early 1985. They made an immediate impact on Belgium's underground metal scene, debuting live at Hegge Rock II and playing at the first Giants of Metal festival. Their raw energy and relentless drive led to three demos: Demo 1 (1986), Demo 2 (1988) and their final opus Mystical Places (1991). Over the years, XIRONIX underwent several lineup changes, with founding guitarist Koen Verheye remaining the band's anchor. Their sound, a blend of power and intensity, showcased tracks like "Sword of Power" and "Love Is Gone", solidifying their place in Belgian metal history.
